    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

I think his own mentality will be key. He needs to assert himself in a creator role and take real responsibility for the essence of this team's identity, like Neymar did. If he gets intimidated by Messi's presence or something and doesn't engage properly in our core game, we won't see any of his...

    Sergi Roberto

Really really really think he should start in midfield. When plays there, his general running off the ball is such a clear juxtaposition to that of Iniesta and Rakitic. The reason why we can't play out from back is because these guys give up on even trying if the opponent puts a little pressure...

    Rafinha Alcantara

His last big injury took quite a big toll on his physique. He lost his main trait as a youth prospect, which was his charging runs and dribbling in the midfield to start an attack. He could still do it, sorta, before this injury but his lack of speed put a big restraint on it. It rarely amounted...

    14 - Javier Mascherano

Masch isn't just better than Pique in 1v1 situations, he's much much better.

    Luis Suárez

He spends a lot of energy in that crazy pressure mode, but you're just one hundred percent sure he's gonna foul someone before it ever amounts to something so it's pretty much just a waste.

    Denis Suarez

I only rate him for being mobile and adding a dynamic feature to an otherwise way too static set-up. He's not really a good footballer, but his movement with and without the ball does make it harder to defend against us. I still definitely think he's a better footballer than Paulinho, tho.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

He looked much better against Celta than his average in previous months. He also ran more, but still, he was specifically rested for this game and still only covered about 70% of the distance Aspas did (who is the same age). I don't mind so much that he wants other players to creat or that his...

    Andrés Iniesta

Any reason in particular why he was subbed? He could have the whole week off to rest. We simply can't have a midfielder in our starting 11 who can't do more than 50 mins because he has to work defensively too now.

    Nelson Semedo

People who criticize his offensive ability don't really seem to understand how difficult it is to play wing back in a team that puts all its heart in attacking through the middle. He has so few options going forward it's crazy. Guy would have to beat several men in no space on his own to get a...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

Terrible form at the moment. Looks anxious on the ball and lethargic off it.

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

I say put him in El Clasico if he can play. A hamstring injury won't tear up again by being provoked by an external force either way. It's a solo injury. I'd love to see him against them.

    1 - Marc-Andre ter Ansplant

There's a video that shows Dybala just starting to do his celebatory run when he sees the path of his shot. He never expected him to save that.

    CL | Round 5: Juventus - FC Barcelona 0-0

Pique is gonna look like a complete amateur today, I can just feel it.

    CL | Round 5: Juventus - FC Barcelona 0-0

If the plan is to rest him, why the fuck not just let him stay at home? My guess is some kind of discomfort.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

Messi doesn't care anywhere near as much about his remaining club career as to move his family to fucking Manchester at this point. That's probably one of the only things you can say with 100% certainty.

Earnest Valverde admits result was excessive

Fair nuff. Did Zidane even say something like this last season?

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

He's in quite bad shape physically, I think. Every time he takes a big sprint or something, you see him bending over with his hands on his knees for a few seconds. He still looks pretty explosive but seriously lacks stamina.

    Christian Eriksen

Kinda have a little dislike for Fekir simply because he looks almost too much like someone who would play for Real. But he would be really good for us I think.

    André Gomes

Does anyone really know who is going to play LW in the longer term? Fucking Cuenca would be a big improvement over Gomes there.

    Eden Hazard

    Third is obviously Adama.
