    I think this was based on folks noting that he is registered in Manu U-21 squad. Which apparently happens automatically for any player U-21 who has contract (The club can't terminate his contract without paying until he is found guilty) No break through about his case afaik

    Those 2 don't work together though. Fluid roles and total football needs a lot of dynamism rather than stationary, ton of switches too. Busquets current stationary state is the opposite of total football essence.

    Many times team skipped him and moved to Gavi/Pedri directly and they did great under pressure. Felt like change of guards tbh, like the team itself isn't having the faith in him, but more in the young kids. It is long overdue, but this season there is no argument for Busquets anymore.
