    Florentino Perez

Surprised the man has no thread tbh Probably the time to have his own thread here, in the wake of the whole superleague mess

    La Liga 2020/21

If there is punishment, it should be on all top 3 clubs. That being said, La Liga didn't seem that aggressive with the way it behave in comparison to EPL, I think they will give them Leeway.

    European Super League

Andrea Agnelli is going to leave anyway, he will be moving into bigger position in Ferrarri sooner or later. He can go this war till the end and not care about his reputation since he is leaving the game sooner or later

    European Super League

A deserved win too IMO. UEFA was pressured by big clubs year after year, and at some point they thought they hold all the cards. UEFA came prepared IMO, and obviously with help of the governments (which they obviously have strong ties to) it wasn't even fair fight

I don't blame him for this. It is the low risk strategy IMO

    European Super League

Many organisations comes prepared and lose, it is natural in businesses. Just because those clubs, and their legal teams, thought they are prepared legally, it doesn't mean they are right about it. Not like FIFA and UEFA doesn't have elite legal teams on their disposal too.

Do you agree with the concept of a European Super League?

I wonder the same. It is used in most arguing, while people forget that clubs are as bad if not worse

    European Super League

Perez is talking about making the game shorter (less than 90 minutes)

    European Super League

No, I am not. If those media outlets see their long-term benefits is to nake example of those big clubs in short term, they will take the hit now easily and let the leagues do their thing. Again, remember it is already ambition of sport leagues to have their own Netflix type of platform and...

Do you agree with the concept of a European Super League?

I don't like it It sounds great and everything, but over the years? I think it will be really hurting the game rather than benefiting it. In addition, I don't like the concept of "no governing body" that they have. People speak about corruption of the UEFA and FIFA, but let's not act like the...

    European Super League

Nope, considering the reaction from the media outlets like Bein and Sky etc, I would say those themselves are afraid from the long term outcome. Whoever doesn't get the TV rights of the SL will be sidelined. And many expect the TV rights will be sort of a platform sooner or later rather than a...

    FC Barcelona Finances

There were even rumor's that UEFA will sue the clubs, asking for 60B in compensation. Not sure how accurate it is, plenty of rumors flying around

Rumours it is Liebzig and not BVB. Which makes sense, they are the ones with the money.

    European Super League

It is the football NBA. I won't be surprised if it changed to same 20 teams all the time sooner or later.

    European Super League

Sure, FIFA and UEFA are corrupted, but they are still in the right side here. It is like government vs big companies, you know the former are corrupt but do you want them to take over the societies and legislations?

    Sergio Busquets

His passing game was on point, still the best in midfield in that regard

    Bayern München

Flick is leaving Bayern at end of the season. Guess Nagelsmann will replace him, while Flick go to NT.
