    I like both for the timing. Xavi brought calm effect to the Camp Nou and helped a massive rebuild, but his time was over and we needed to start increasing our pace, and Flick is good for that.

    Honestly, I don't think we need a young backup players, unless they are a potential World Class players of sort. I prefer to go for a 26 years old Mingueza who knows his role, than a 21 years old player who needs playing time for development
