    Gerard Deulofeu

The problems with Everton are varied but they all boil down to the fact Martinez is a rubbish manager who can't defend or motivate players to perform consistently. We have the same problems as Wigan which was the team he managed before us. Now back to Deulofeu. Martinez only plays one winger...

    Dele Alli

Barkley is more talented but Alli is more complete.

    Jamie Vardy

I remember we played them in pre-season before last season and Foxes' fans were going on about him and then during the game thinking he was good but unfortunately he got injured that season. Before that he was playing in the lower leagues. His pace is frightening and he runs all day.

    Dele Alli

It's a very nice midfield England have if Roy plays them. Barkley, Alli and Dier. Shame their defense is pretty rubbish. All extremely young too.

    Riyad Mahrez

If Leicester keeps their team it will be interesting to see how teams cope with their style in the CL. Vardy's pace is unreal and they have a lot of very good players. Kante and Mahrez could play for almost anyone.

    Romelu Lukaku

I don't think he does. He ruled out going back to Chelsea and I think their CL status might have been the reason. I think he will go to Juve, PSG or Bayern. I hope he stays another year but that doesn't look likely.

    Gerard Deulofeu

When we play Barry we need someone like Cleverly who can tuck inside and act as a 3rd CM. Barry is suspended so there is a chance he might play both Deulofeu and Lennon at the weekend but then again against Arsenal he may just prefer to play Cleverly again. It seems to be working using 7 players...

    Gerard Deulofeu

He was about to come on and then Lukaku scored. Lennon is just keeping him out at the moment and Lennon also won our player of the month he's playing that good. Hopefully Deuolofeu will get a game against Arsenal at the weekend and Lennon will get a rest. Stones and Howard have also been...

    Diego Costa

Everton players and fans really don't like him. They were on a mission to get him sent off all game.

    Gerard Deulofeu

Barca aren't going to buy him back.

    Gerard Deulofeu

You do realize he isn't a player that belongs to Barca? As for defending Martinez. I'm past that point.

    Gerard Deulofeu

Even more bizarre when you consider we don't have someone that can play on the left side and he has been using midfielders and strikers there all season.

    Gerard Deulofeu

Lennon plays in his position and has scored in I think 5 of the last 6 and pretty much been man of the match in every game. He also works incredibly hard in defense. Typical Everton performance this season. We bossed the game with 10 men, went 2 goals up, Rom missed a pen and we fell apart. He...

    Gerard Deulofeu

Coincided? It's the reason for Lukaku's drop in form in my opinion. However Lennon has been doing the business. Lennon has scored 3 goals and has 1 assist in those 4 games. His average whoscored rating over the same time is around 8. I think there might be a chance Deulofeu plays tomorrow night...

    Raheem Sterling

Why? He's actually exceeded my expectations this season and he doesn't look out of place in that City team. It will be interesting to see if he will improve under Pep.

    Gerard Deulofeu

The way the contract is worded Barca can't sell him on for at least a season and when they do Everton take a % of that transfer fee. Basically the amount of profit on the deal it wouldn't make much sense. It might make sense if they thought he was good enough for squad filler but he's not...

    CL | 1/8: FC Barcelona - Arsenal 5-1 agg.

MSN are just unstoppable. Enjoy it while it lasts because you may find it hard to replace those 3 when the time comes.

    Gerard Deulofeu

The way the contract is worded it would make very little sense for Barca to buy him back to sell on for a bigger profit. It would make more sense to do a deal with us for a bit more money but even that isn't likely.

    Gerard Deulofeu

Lucky looping header with their own chance. In fact it was probably the only time they were outside their own box the whole game. Frankly that game summed up our season in a nutshell. The fans weren't booing Deulofeu. They were booing Lennon being taken off. They were actually singing the...

    Bojan Krkić

It seems like there's at least one La Masia player playing for every team in the premiership. Plus Sergi Roberto came through La Masia. That's one recent player who is good enough to get into Barca's team. Realistically that's about as much good as you can expect. Everton only have one recent...
