2016/17 right side was a mess due to Messi. He abandons the position way too much and drifts centrally. If he could play there, great. But Valverde didn't try this because he didn't want Messi to play there hut because he couldn't make it work.

It's good for us sell him but if I could, I'd keep him for one more season. Shame we won't be able to make such money on him next summer.

I tend to agree. He's a solid scorer, will score like 15 in a league season, but not someone one should build a team around, IMO. He won't carry you to the title.
