The overall play of Messi is subpar by his standards, while cristiano is playing very well. You could make an argument for Ibra too and it would be hard to disagree with that. Messi may be scoring but I'm not impressed with his overall play.

CR is the best in the world on current form. Though Messi highest level is above what cristiano can produce IMO.

It will be another two seasons before we have a good team again if we do it properly.
