    10 - Lionel Messi - v1

Yeh it wasn't easy out there but he had some nice dribbles and was always creative. Probably expected him to score that cutback that he dragged wide, but it wasn't that easy.

    Bojan Krkić

Another ridiculous sub by Pep. He could have come on an nicked a goal, instead Pep makes no subs at all until the 90th min.

    Pedro Rodriguez

MOM?! He was generally very poor tonight. He took his goal well and had a nice shot towards the end, that was it! Don't get me wrong it's more than Henry offers, but his distribution and decision making let him down plenty of times today, plus that great chance he blazed over. Bojan should have...

Would you sell Messi for €250mil?

I'd definitely say no. He's our best player and we don't need to sell. The club is fine financially, the debts aren't hurting us in the transfer market added with what La Masia is adding to the team. There's noone you could replace Leo with at this time who would have the same impact on matches.

    Luis Figo

He never reached his Barca level in a Madrid shirt.

    Jack Wilshere

Yeh Wilshere has been slightly overshadowed by Ramsey's rapid development. But there's no doubt the kid has plenty of talent and hopefully he realises this potential. He could be a major factor for England at least by WC2014, possibly Euro2012.

    Robinho

I always acknowledged Robinho's form at Real. He was oustanding and one of the main reasons you won the title in his last season, hence why I said that summer it was stupid for Real to have pushed him out. I specifically remember you saying the likes of Casillas and Ramos were more important :p...

    Filipe Luis

Cisse was generally gash though, but yeh very good point. Eduardo looked a great finisher before his injury. It's one thing breaking a leg/ankle, but when it's a really horrific injury the psychological effect can be immense. Wouldn't be surprised to see it effect the Depor players, as it did...

    Franck Ribery or David Silva

Silva without a doubt. Ribery would be a terrible signing IMO.

    Eidur Smari Gudjohnsen

Eidur has moved on loan to Spurs! They nipped in at the last minute to hijack the West Ham deal. Hope it goes well for him, will be nice to see him playing in England again.

    Sergio Canales

I think it's a real shame, a move to Sevilla or Valencia would have been brilliant for him.

    1 - Victor Valdes

That's bollocks, Valdes has been one of our most consistent players for 2-3 seasons now.
  13. Cal-FCB

    Thierry Henry

He's been better since the new year but still doesn't warrant a starting place. The threat down our left is pretty minimal with him on, Bojan and Pedro deserve a run.

Dani Alves vs. Maicon - or who's the best RB in the world?

I voted Maicon as he's a better defender. But hopefully he uses Dani as a right winger, then everyone wins :D

    Real Madrid (old thread)

It's ridiculous to ask for more money than that. Gago is barely worth 10m. What would you need De Jong for you have the Diarras? You have Alonso for the deep playmaking role, same place Gago plays, surely you'd need a like for like?
  16. Cal-FCB

    Alexander Hleb

Hleb isn't a bad player, he was impressive in Germany and then in England. His finishing is a joke, and he was never Barca quality, but he wasn't shit before he came to the Camp Nou.

    Apples

You can use any apples but normally you use cooking apples, they're quite sour (I love them) so normally they have to be cooked with a sprinkling of sugar.

    Sandro Rosell

I do see us splashing a lot of cash on him in the summer, whoever is elected.
  19. Cal-FCB

    Sandro Rosell

I think we could hope to raise about maybe £40-50m from those players you listed there Bojan. The net spend wouldn't be much different (probably less) than last summer.

    Real Madrid (old thread)

I can't believe this match is even happening! Absolutely ridiculous.
