Hire de Francesco, develop Arthur, use coutinho and dembele often. Griezmann ahead of Suarez. Barca may finally have a team with proper technical quality around messi.

Next season coutinho will replace iniesta, Dembele will have a greater role. Who knows how Arthur will develop, maybe he can be a controller. Oh yeah and griezmann will actually contribute to build up play. Things are better for Messi hopefully.

I think he did a good job in league with a crap team and should be respected for that and this team was never gonna win cl. By losing tomroma in the way he did is a sackable offence. Shown he is clueless at top level. Making it to a semi and losing to a good team would have been undestandable.
