I still couldn't understand why was he the DM and not Busquets. He played well (not well, but better than tonight) against Villarreal when he started at CM and Busquets at DM.

He was bad, Song and Busquets help didn't either. Not to mention Pique. But yes, he was far from it. Not that he's not ready, those the nights where he should learn the most from.

I think only Bartra should be ahead of Puyol in the pecking order. Inigo Martinez is having an off season and the other option for VdB is Albiol. I think Del Busque has enough brain to pick Puyol ahead of Albiol.

I'm not worried at all about Dani's performance in this game, he's usually a big game player and has done well in most big games in his career, even with Sevilla.

His improvement since the Spurs game in December has been extraordinary. He has to keep working to reach his potential which I thought he was hyped for last year. He's been a key player for Liverpool's excellent run of games lately.
