Wow. Buendia to Villa. If they some how manage to keep Grealish, along with Watkins up top, they will have a super good team.

They already have a top 3 player in the league (Grealish), now they've added a super talented creative player to play around him, and they have a really good young striker in Watkins. They are only squad depth away from challenging for a top 4 spot. Apparently Villa have been buying up a tonne of young talents for their academy team and have recently won the youth FA cup.

By all accounts Villa owners are very rich.

I think it's more likely that this is them spending their Grealish money.

Our owners have said multiple times they want to push us to the next level. We are not spending Grealish money on this transfer.

We?ve got some great talents coming through as well, namely Chuckwuemeka who looks a real player. Think this is the most exciting time for us since the mid 90s.
