It's funny how some of his best games actually came vs top teams... that's sign of world class talent
Napoli in that Xavi season, CDR final v Madrid and now this game vs Atletico... been incredible in all of those

Recently he has been very good. Looking like a man out there yet he is still 19. Looking forward to see his progress in few years after few good offseasons for him to truly grow into that body and build that muscle and speed. The most important thing, brains and ability to pass, is already there.
I like that Flick called him Lamine Yamal of our defence. You don't often see Flick praising anyone like that without a reason. He probably sees many things in Cubarsi's game that us ordinary folks won't even catch on.
