He still looks good but also City a bit more direct now when can be and less him given keys to team in middle of park is how it appears.

A bit of a light for Barca if meet Arsenal.. their midfield is not looking great.
Rice and Zubi been bang average for a while and they are getting by due to wall at the back and way the wide players get back.
If they are playing as now then fancy Barca to get better of them in there if met.

Easy to look at results say Rodri is done but last night..
Scored, 106 passes at 96%, 6 out of 6 long balls, 2 key passes.
Zubimendi in comparison.. 21 passes.. less than the GK.
The systems they are in and what are expected to do are completely different.
For Spain still Rodri for me as Spain wont play the way Arsenal do and will wan to play more expansive with ball.

No. At most he would be told if really wants that move then only chance is for free a year later would think.
Madrid should go for him, he wouldn't be that expensive compared to the extra dimension he would give them.
Rodri, Tushy, Camavinga, Valverde, Jude and Arda competing for spots. It would be congested but Rodri would improve them immensely, and they can ship one of the others to PL for good money.
They might prioritize defenders or even attackers before looking at midfield though.
