Your reaction to someone criticising a public person is really more of a tabloid fangirl behaviour.

Flick was asked that question and obviously had to deflect (lie) so it's not a "nothing issue".
Nevermind what everyone outside Barca sees.
Flick was asked that question because journalists want clickbait titles and resonance/hype. Flick dealt with it diplomatically, like countless other managers before and after him. I repeat, this is a standard situation. Take your glasses off, or put them on idk because you are an old man yelling at clouds right now

The amount of publicity this youngster gets is absurd. The man has won pretty much nothing yet, you'd think he's a multiple ballon d'Or and CL winner. Who cares...

He literally scored one great goal for us in a very big game vs Inter and now all of a sudden he can't fart without making headlines. In the grand scheme of things he is a nobody. All of our players barely scraped the surface of what it means to be elite. Yet people act as if they are big shots.

Yamal, Raphinha, Pedri, not to mention likes of Balde, Cubarsi etc. Head down, and work hard. Whatever you think you have done so far, it's nothing compared to what our past legends achieved. That's it. Every new player does something great, and after 6 months he wants to be seen as new Ronaldinho or new Messi. What the fuck...

What an utter load of nonsense in one post.

You drool for likes of Raphinha who bitches about not winning balondor constantly and has threatened to leave when not happy about playing time.

Yamal has done nothing that would indicate he 'wants to be seen' as Messi or Ronaldinho.

Yamal at 17/18 has won a titles with Barca and Spain and been voted 2nd best in world.

Would be the one player any team in world would sign if could.

We're not discussing the best teenager ever (this is a broad term)

We're discussing the 18 year old who achieved the most.
People in here have navigated between the two, even labeling him as better than R9, Maradona, Messi etc at same age.

They didn't say he's better than Pele(or that is what I remember) purely because of the trophies he won.

And this discussion is pointless if we're circling between "he's 18, let him be!" and "he achieved the most by 18".

Yeah, talent wise and eye test (I didn't see R9, Maradona and Pele when they were 18 lol), it was clear that Messi had more potential than Lamine.

The tricky part is that this is the first situation in like 5 decades to which any team in the European top 5 league has dealt with this kind of situation where an 18 year old has achieved this much already in his career.

The "at/by the age of 18" conversations are so pointless.

Very few players are blessed with Messi's longevity so it really doesn't matter in the long run.

When saying he is best ever teenager absolutely nobody thought of it as being the most talented teenager ever

That would equal to saying he is the greatest footballer of all time, which he is not

But it's a fact, only Pele has in history of football come close to these levels of achievement and superstardom. And it's not just about trophies he won. He already finished t10 in ballon d'or two times and is widely regarded as one of best footballers on the planet

Don Juan Laporta Estruch

Basta yaaaaaaa, Cabron ! y Bona nit 🥂
Imagine there was a footballer who got criticised for :

1) Having a girlfriend and being told he needs to dump her because she is negatively effecting his performances.

2) His birthday party where consenting adults were happily paid and everyone had a great time.

3) The way he dresses because he wore a cap backwards.

4) The fact he is fasting, even though literally thousands of players are fasting right now and the fans of the team they play for don't have a problem with it.

5) Defending the club when speaking out about Real Madrid corruption and saying he is giving the club a bad image.

6) Not speaking up after we get robbed and saying he needs to speak up more !

7) Being unhappy to be subbed, when literally no player is happy when he is subbed.

8) Criticising him for not having won anything, despite the fact he was the best player in a Euros win at age 17.

.

Come on, this is getting silly now lads.

Let's stick to judging him on his footballing abilities, as there is a clear agenda against him off the pitch.
