Building a top team around Mbappe is a hard task. Very high ego, very selfish footballer with a lot of ability

Enrique clearly wanted him out but couldn't say it, Ancelotti never asked for him, Pep was never seriously interesed despite shitloads of money... There is a reason

he lost his freshness. Saw madrid fans commenting about it and they try to attribute it to his injury. Don’t think that is it. Think he was slowing down before. He’s in the same form now he was all of last season and a year before that. Lacking the explosiveness he displayed first months of this season. Probably just lack of fitness due to schedule.
