As far as on field entertainment is concerned, LL is way ahead of the EPL (for many). Thats why I watch football... to be entertained.

Drama? I'd say that LL has more drama with corruption and Tebas.

Money, competitiveness... I agree.

Spectacle? You mean illusion? We expect a great game and get long balls galore instead?
😄

U fortunately even brilliant foreign managers have to compromise on beautiful tactics to counter boring English football tactics. 😄

Rivalries? LL has the greatest rivalry. Just not as many as many as EPL.
Money rich, competitive, top managers blah blah blah, actually watching the product of the PL, it's boring as shit.

PL PR is so strong and ingrained in peoples brains at this point. Almost every match I watch, the commentators have to reaffirm how great and wonderful the PL is, as if it's a cult, repeat after me: you are watching the best, most competitive entertaining football and there is nothing like it on planet earth. Repeat it again and again until you forget the 0-0 shitfest of brawn no brains long ball football you've just witnessed.

Not sure how that is anything negative about the EPL.

Essentially saying they play in England as teams are far more physical but in Europe games are not like that as much.

In those CL the EPL teams as a group dominating under the different style also.

Also he is a winger..he would clearly pefer the more open games.

The biggest gift and victory to world of football would be some team smashing this Arsenal with pure watchable playstyle

Unlikely to happen though. Maybe if PSG was still very good, but they declined

edit: gotta wake up at 5:30am to watch United match tomorrow

wouldn't do that for a Barca match and almost thinking of watching Pool Newc instead of Elche
