Britbongs will always loose at everything.
Since the degenerate alcoholic named Winston sold your empire for 30 silver coins to (((banksters))), you are cursed.

Need to be more like you and create an account solely to spread my arse cheeks for every second rate English shitter that can string two passes together.

When it's coming home?? Been 60 years and counting?? Oh I forgot, it's always been Johnny Foreign managers fault. Never the shite players. My bad.

Tuchel will be the next to get it when the inevitable happens in the summer.

You're an absolute melt. Not even worth debating with.

But the next time Yamal has a poor game I hope you are just as reactionary and you're screaming about how over-rated and bad he actually is.

You can criticise a player when they have a poor game whoever they are. But some people are far too reactionary and give differing opinions game to game.

What Palmer has done for Chelsea is insane. The odd quiet game here and there really shouldn't diminish that, and even more so when it's known he's probably not even playing at 70%.

Yes, that seems fair. One bad game for Yamal would put him right next to Palmer who has been shite for 8 months. Then you actually have the audacity to claim English players are the ones that are underated.

Not a knee jerk reaction at all. I criticised Palmer a year ago, when everyone was raving about him, about his mentality and lack of performances in away games. Unfortunately, proved to be bang on about that. ( Page 5 of this thread ).

He has around 1 goal every 3 games the last season and a half. For a player in a top team, who also takes penalties, that is frankly terrible. Chelsea have been winning every other week without him. They've not won once yet since he came back. Yesterday's comeback was in spite of him again, and he was rightly substituted. Only notable performance in the last 8 months ? One. CWC final.

Very wise decision not to debate with me, though. Since I refuse to drink your English Kool Aid, you won't like the truths that I have to reveal about the overrated English player. Nor do you have the ability to react without rudeness to anyone who has the temerity to question the almighty English footballer.

Not sure what made you develop such a pompous, entitled feeling of supremacy about your footballers, but can't be what they have done on the pitch, that's for sure.

Irks many people here.

Put me on ignore.

English this. England that. You've got some serious issues. You're obviously a troll so I won't give you the satisfaction of putting you on ignore because that's exactly what you set out to achieve.

Ain't nobody here taking you seriously. You have have to deal with that.

I and quite a few here take DJLE seriously. He's a quality poster. Unlike you. Up their own arshole premshills actually make english players less likeable by association and i like Palmer generally, but he's definitely another vastly overrated guy due to relentless marketing exposure by City Of London League. It's not coming home until morale improves.

That's because you're another clown that hates the Premier League. You've just made it bleeding obvious, so your opinions also can't be taken seriously.

You really don't get it at all do you. Nobody ' hates ' the Premier League. Nobody even 'hates' English players. I certainly don't. It's undoubtedly the best league in the world and can serve up some great entertainment.

And there are some great English footballers who are likeable and good role models, Kane being the most obvious example.

What people hate are guys like you that insult anyone that brings up anything remotely negative about English players or the EPL, no matter how valid the claim is. And completely overrates every English footballer and pours scorn on anyone who doesn't look at English footballers through the same rose tinted glasses as you do.

The EPL is the best but anybody who highlights the selling of their soul to get there, is immediately branded as a hater or Anti English. Palmer is a good player. Ridiculously, people on this thread were claiming he was the best player in the world a year ago. Anybody who pushes back on that is charged with underating English players or being a 'clown', despite being 100 percent right.

That's what people hate. Even moreso when you talk with the superior attitude of a country that has won numerous World Cups, instead of the reality of nothing for 60 years.

I'm not against people criticising English players. Everyone will see players differently. But it makes absolutely no sense to call out Palmer who has been nothing but sensational overall for Chelsea.

He got injured in the Club World Cup and hasn't fully recovered from a groin issue yet. That's half a year. He has played the odd game for Chelsea here and there since but obviously is nowhere near to 100%. And while he had a spell last season where he didn't score for a while, anyone who watched Chelsea regularly would tell you that he was still by far their best player and would have had tons more assists to his name if it wasn't for the likes of Nicolas Jackson and Pedro Neto squandering chance after chance he created for them.

Palmer is genuinely just about the last English player anybody should be calling out.

Thing about EPL and EPL fans in general is that they're ridiculously arrogant and simple minded, at least most of them

They think only EPL exists and it's the only relevant league. They think EPL players are the best players and you are shit until you play in the EPL. They think England is always the best nation. Yet despite all this English football has seen very little success even now that they are the best league in the world

When does anyone on here ever actually behave like that though? It's like a trope seared into your brains that you take as real no matter what.

He is certainly overrated now, one good game in a while then disappear multiple games after. And bear in mind he never has the pressure to carry the team to compete for big tittles.

Comparing Palmer to Yamal is just insane. Palmer is not yet at Foden's level.

Team context is half the equation in making a player's level explicit. Cherki's the exact same player he was at Lyon but most people couldn't see his implicit skill without the context of City. Palmer's really good and ironically Pep let him go during his peak narcissism phase few years ago. Trust he would've never gone for Cherki same time he let Palmer go not being players for micromanaging. Palmer's surrounded by scrubs and Maresca's wing build up nullifies whatever chemistry he could have with Pedro.

Maresca is weird because he clearly understands that you get the most of out Palmer if you start him on the right, as he does it in all of their biggest games, but then for some reason he puts him back in the #10 for every other game where he doesn't really understand positionally what to do. The only explanation I can think of is that he's trying to force him to learn the position against the weaker teams and thinks he can risk what he loses elsewhere. He was a lot better under Poch by comparison.
