Usual numpties who are waiting for Flick to fail make out he 'never changes his tactics' or looks to adress issues.

Players like this and the constant different tacical approaches prove them clueless as ever.

You see.. Flick doing well doesnt look good on the previous.

One of the things people miss is playing with much better players will raise your level, even if you are a second division player originally.

Your team will help you a lot, as an example, the quality of passing is better, the instructions are better, the players in front of you are better, and it is easy to fit in as long as you are not throwing or making major mistakes.

To play in Barcelona will raise the level of any Segunda player very very quickly. Martin has probably learnt enormous amounts from his teammates and the coaching staff.

We see this example with the likes of Mingueza, or Araujo, who were not overly impressive for the B team. But playing for a top team can shield your weaknesses especially if you are playing in the LaLiga games where the team will have most of the ball and you won't face many attacks.
This is true as well, those minutes he played last season seem well worth it now because we have a developed player who is not out of place in this kind of games. Flick knew what he was doing subbing him on every game

Plz @Barcaman change the name of the topic. :flick:

Why does this pic look like a Maldini who is about to take a dump?

Not getting into the hype, because we all know how it will end, we saw a glimpse today.

But good game.

But what if! He actually became a good CB, it would be insane 😂

Reminds me of Lenglet who could also be solid in Liga but another one of those who crumbles at the big stage.

Martin obviously has his weaknesses, he's no VVD, so there will come games where he will be utterly exposed, especially next to Cubarsi who looks like Bartra currently.

But like I said, he did very well against Atleti and should keep that LCB spot until we find a better solution.

If he's got a future at Barca, it's at CB. He was good, he has potential and we should stick with him and hope he develops into at least a rotational CB/LB for us.

It's not like we have a choice, especially if Deco will let another CB (Araujo of course) leave for free which I think will happen very soon. Pau, Martin and Eric until the end of the season and those two have to cover fullbacks/midfield too. What a deep squad we have...

Don Juan Laporta Estruch

Basta yaaaaaaa, Cabron ! y Bona nit 🥂
He will do for now, but he's not a keeper. You'd be crazy to think he was.

If that foul was a few yards more central it would have been a red card and Araujo all over again.

Whole back 4 needs an upgrade.
