Not currently, nobody is similar to Ronaldinho from the current players. Ronaldinho was also powerful. And his 'tricks', of a completely different magnitude. Those made world class defenders look funny. Yamal got pocketed by Mendes, Cucurella, and Carerras in the 3 biggest games this season.
Like to dribble.
Like to use tricks.
Like ball to his feet.
No defensive workrate.
No off ball offensive movement.
Not even high output goal and assist.
I know a player you hate with passion is very same to Dinho.

Yamal is the best dribbler itw statistically by a large distance. You can't compare today's rigid marking and defensive structures to the more chaotic 2000s organization-wise.

If Ronaldinho was around now it would also be very different narrative about how little he did off the ball and how poor Barca were at times as lost to likes of Celtic in Europe.
How football is viewed has changed a lot.
Its a fine line.. if Ronaldinho makes the pass v PSG that Yamal did and Ferran missed or the pass v Real in dying minutes v Real that Kounde missed would have seen them on highlights tapes for years regardless of how little did in other minutes.
By same token Gully misses v Milan and barely ever see the pass again.

That Korean lad was good. Or probably just lucky.
Also Dinho said back then it was harder to play his style in current football than then (though he was probably just humble).
Player like Dinho would shine in any era of football but he is never a high end product type of player (no more than Yamal). And his rep could be different nowadays.
