No. Slot will be sacked very soon if he doesn't improve.

The club has given him around a month to turn things around.

I think that Xabi won't last long at RM and will join Liverpool if Slot doesn't improve his team's performance. At Liverpool Xabi won't be disrespected, he will have an opportunity to implement his system and he will bring the best out of Wirtz, Isak and others for sure.

I think there is minimal chance for sacking even in the summer

Plus, Alonso hasn't proved he is better coach than Slot thus far
