The reason Wirtz isn't working is because his teammates can't keep up with his genius yet.

This sounds crazy but Wirtz has all the right ideas but doesn't have any chemistry with his teammates yet.

They can't read his brilliant passes and attacking actions.

Only Ekitike is on the same wavelength and no surprise that he has been our best attacker this season.

Wirtz is a genius.

Feeling the pressure after the immense spend.

Last season there was absolutely no expectation and they over performed.

Let's see if he's got the metal to turn this around. He will know a 300m spend, despite of the sales and the unfortunate death, will not afford much patience.

In this business you are only as good as last week. While the Liverpool expectation right now is to try and establish a legacy team. And that looks far from reality right now.

Liverpool management are fairly patient tbf. Season is long, but even if he failed this year, tgey will likely give him next one.
