Roony's only position is RW, he has played no games at another position as a professional player. He wouldn't get his first start at LW for us. If he started today, Lamine should have been the CAM

Neither played AM but Roony would have been better there anyway would bet.

He played there in youth and easily could.
Toni has never played a top level,professional game anywhere more or less anyway.

I'm not familiar with Lamine playing false 9 in his youth. I take your word for granted or you are lying to my face to make a point. Not that I care, mate.

So happy my boi is doing well. After watching his first minutes during the pre season, I was content in him being our RW backup.
Glad he's living up to it. Give it a few more months, I think he will regain his speed aswell.

Like this guy. Can have a future here, if improves on some weak aspects. Very technical and tactically astute.

Alright. But from what I'm seeing Lamine's style is playing wide out on the right wing, similar to Dembele.
My opinion is Lamine playing false 9 very much neutralizes his strenghts, which are speedy dribbles on the right wing.
He's not Messi.
