Romero is covering for many of Otamendis mistakes but he will only get worse. Of course we will see how Lisandro goes and Balerdi & Foyth are injury absentees here. No idea why four keepers are selected. Maybe give each a half...
Paz and Franco need a match each at ten. Play with Enzo or Alexis and bring in a new midfielder not Paredes or Lo Celso who are past it. Equi for me and Varela for a pure DM. Barranechea is too slow in comparison and Perrone not as inventive at the base.
Fullbacks. Acuna ? Really ? There is still time to test Giay & Bernabei. It's an area of concern. Only thing safe to say is taking just three forwards. Lautaro, Julian and Lopez. Castro is a couple of years away. Still disgraceful that Soule has not been looked at. He probably wishes he plays for Italy where he might be appreciated.

It's dark so they hope people who always buy fewer second strips to wear as an accessory. It really looks like as I mentioned on BigSoccer like the old Samoan rugby union jersey. We should stick to the deep blue second kits we have always used although at the last Mundial it turned into purple as after all the Emperor Messi was coming into town.

- No experimentation of fullbacks like Ortega or MacAllister??
- No Soule??
- No Equi??
The starting XI is more or less set. Squad depth could be better.
Equi should have been selected ahead of Moreno. If Scaloni is hell bent with 28 players, why select 4 GKs? Just select 3 GKs and bring in Soule. Lack of trying different fullbacks like Ortega and MacAllister who are playing in the Champions League has been dissapointing.

Agree, having the away jersey as black doesn't seem right. Seems more like an away kit for Germany. Would prefer purple/blue as the away kit.
Del Piero released this and honestly doesn't look bad. Having the WC badge help a lot. We'll see how it shows on the pitch.

I forgot even the 2018 jersey, it's almost black, doesnt fit to classic Argentina jerseys - no wonder you guys were so bad at that WC
did you see the away jersey from Germany? Imo looks like an Argentina jersey

I did see it, the color of the German away kit is more Argentine tbh but don't like the neck design at all.
Adidas probably mixed the countries up
