That's a good question.

Yesterday with El Madrilenio, I saw 2 teams, one of which was the kind of team Araujo needs to start against (Atletico), while he shouldn't start against the other (Real).

If a team has a physical striker and are good in the air Araujo should start. If they are based on pace up front, he shouldn't. So, against PSG, I'd lean towards no. But it's not as clear cut as with Atleti and RM.

Has looked better last games and a tad more comfortable on the ball.

dd the goal to that, and I'd say his confidence is getting there.

Stick with him for PSG. Shame the game isn't at the JC Stadium coz that would make it an easy win.

Think he has to play v PSG.

Flick needs to know what he can rely on v the better teams.

So far Barca have not played any team that will show ball to him and then press one has it really and thats where he has suffered a bit.

Newcastle didnt try it all that often they for most part pressed whole defence and then settled back in if Barca had comofortable possession.

Has to be tested v PSG who will most likely target him again.

I think this is the same trap we fell into last last season.

Always had spells where looked very good against la liga minnows. Then in pressure game fudges it.


We’ll see. I will trust coach.
