@Jair Ventura

You said there's good players everywhere - and I get what you are onto.

I have to say that some of the games last 3 days were not CL material.

Pafos,Kairat,Slavia?

I couldnt watch Barca - dont have the channel - watched the goals.

You watch infinetly more football than me - that's true but you cant honestly tell me some of these teams are biggest competition material?

I have severely restricted interests - most of football I watch is Clasico,KO phase of CL,and some derby games.

Still doesn't mean I cant have an opinion.

Didnt expect Frankfurt to win 5-1 vs Gala lol
Why not? Galatasaray has a history of international trashings and they continue to spend money on old players with a big name, who just care for their paycheck, while Frankfurt does a superb job in selling and rebuilding their squad. They will be difficult to play for most teams, for us as well.
Turkish teams don't learn from their mistakes, they keep repeating them. As soon as they get a bit of money, they instantly spend it on declining players, instead of investing into the future and build up a good foundation for future generations.

Turkey has a big population and they love football. How is it, that they don't take the money they throw away for expensive old players which bring them nothing but a little bit of hype on transfer day and build some good academys to develop their youth?
