He is, but not tier 1 or even 2. Don't blame him that much anymore, he did bring 222m and that's a great transfer for the club if we had competent people in charge.

He's the most talented and naturally gifted footballer apart from Messi, since Messi made his debut. I don't even think that's a contentious claim apart from to Ronaldosexuals.

Bar is set extremely high since Messi and golden Catalan/Spanish generation but if likes of Romario are there, then Neymar could be as well.

if Henry is a Barca legend, Neymar is x10. That said, he never reached Ronaldinho's cultural heights and extent of psychological impact on Barca despite having better stats.

Probably ranks in the lowest legend tier (let's say third, if 1 is Cruyff-Puyol-Xavi-Iniesta-Messi, etc., and 2 Suarez, Eto'o, Ronaldinho) with the likes of Pedro, for example.

More of a cult hero than legend.

Legends need to stay and serve the club longer like Puyol or create historic impact changing the fortune of the club like Dinho.

Where would you rank Rivaldo? Tier 2? I would have him above Suarez, though Suarez was brill. But so was Rivaldo.

As a teenager and younger man, Rivaldo was one of my favourite players. I rate him up there with Zidane - he was that good and underrated.
