Atletico came extremely close to winning the CL TWICE. Also won La Liga in arguably the most competitive era plus gave a really good fight in 2015/16.
Compare that to Juventus who lost both finals quite easily and Inter who got molested in one of the finals...Yikes..
Another, similar questions is which (single season, rather than era) runner up was the best?
