Barely played for first team and is a 3rd tier player. And average one at best. Think the fee is ok.
Nah man we have to learn how to sell players.
A 17 year old with 5 starts in Brazil, half a seaon in big keague is going for 15m.

Big dom could have atleast gotten 5m. We have to learn to market our masia players.

Played the 2nd half in a friendly. Dinamo sad leading 2-0 up until then and eventually lost. Didn't watch and from what I've read he wasn't directly to blame.

I remember when he started against Villarrral away

To this day, can't believe Flick won that shit 5-1. Martin was LB too. Imagine 2/4 of your defense is third division footballers against a top la liga side, and you absolutely cook them. Villarreal was in form back then iirc too

Started both Dinamo's games and people are generally pleased. Who knows. If Martin is considered CB option maybe this guy has a route back to Barca one day.

3 leages games.
3 starts.
3 wins.
0 goals conceded.

Many are saying that he is not just the best centreback to ever play in Croatia, but the best centreback to ever play in the world.

Flick knew.

I regularly watch podcasts featuring scouts, football data analysts, and other professionals in the sport—not just random YouTubers.
They often say there isn’t a single centre-back in the Croatian league like him, someone who can cover so much space both vertically and horizontally.
He excels at intercepting and stepping out of position, while also showing great techniq

I am really sure that he is the technically best CB in the croatian league, he is la masia. But i also think defensively he isn‘t. We will see in the europa league when they get better teams

Croatian league, this or that, sure it's not strong but Croatia as NT has been and is among top 10 in the world consistently. Many, if not all, of those players have come from this same league that has often been dismissed.
So, players can improve and grow here too. Hard to imagine him becoming new Gvardiol but who knows. Coach seems to trust him paired with that Scottish bloke and does show patience and that's a good start.
