Things really need to change with **** cases. If the accuser is found guilty of fabricating it for money they should receive the same sentence the rapist would. We are talking about lives being ruined here.

Sexual assault isn't about being horny or wanting to fuck though. If that was the case, why on earth would famous rich young men like footballers raype women? Why is it that sexual assault is spread throughout the entire socioeconomic ladder? If it was just about being sexually frustrated, single frustrated virgins would be overrepresented in crime stats but they're not. Husbands raype their wives. Boyfriends raype their girlfriends. Husbands and boyfriends in suppodedly happy relationships raype children, either their own or those they have power over (teachers, for example).
Like you said, any famous footballer could walk into any club in Western Europe and walk out with 2 beautiful women in each arm. And yet a decent amount of them still raype them. Clearly raype and sexual assault isn't just about sexual frustration, wanting to fuck or being horny.

Seems like messagges in his rape case came out where the supposed rape victim brags to her girl friend that she has the demon and and the girls exchange messagges how they're gonna rob him.
Isn't there a jail time punishment mentioned in the penal code for something like that? Trying to frame someone of rape is a very serious crime.
Case should be dropped after these findings and prosecutor should direct his attention on the fake accuser.
Liars are far far more common than rapists.
