Was reported three weeks ago that we would receive the payment at last after finding another partner and being close to an agreement, but since then it's been quiet and no news.

40m from Libero + whatever the VIP boxes were sold for or valued at.

I thought we got the cash to cover libero last season? But tebas as per usual didn't want to recognize it.

Pretty sure we did, when we sold the concession rights to an American company.

Tebas and la Liga is just fucking us with this libero deal, seems they will only count money that's directly from them.

I could be wrong about that, but I'm pretty sure we got money from an American concession company

Yea I knew I remember something about Aramark, whole thing is a mess as you said.

While Chelsea is selling the team to itself to create millions on paper, but we can't use actual cash to help out situation.

Not for nothing that is a pretty good bench, when you look at it on paper and just further emphasize that we really only need a LW, and a LB ( fuck Martin lol).

Our strength is our Midfield depth and flick needs to figure out ways to take advantage of it.

Xavi is good but far from our solution on the LW. He's an attacking midfielder. And sure he can play on the wing, but Fermin can too, Olmo can too, even Gavi. But that's nothing like what we need

Probably to discuss something else, we not spending 70m+ in Simon's, which is what RB wants for him, which means he'll be playing there next year.

He's not worth that kind of money yet and most big teams are set in his best position.

But xavi simons is worth 50-70 million. In 3 years he is 25, with good seasons with us his MV could rise to 100.
Diaz would cost 80 million and in 3 years he would be worth nothing.
Both are no good deals, xavi because of position and diaz because of age but xavi would be better i think.
I just dont know why bayern is pushing with such a high fee, diaz must be great. But i dont want this type of player for a backup.

And players like bakayoko want to play, not sitting on the barca bench.

I just hope that we sign nobody above 25 million because the club has to get healthy financially. The team is good and beating madrid next season would be a great thing.

Many fans are thinking like bartomeu, just know, we doesnt have the money

Bruv, why you have two Garcia's on the bench? Joan will be a starter, Tek is on the bench. Don't break my heart like that.

And I agree our bench is ridiculously strong, except LW & LB. And that's all we need realistically.

An LCB would be a dream signing, but its a luxury one rather than a necessity one.

I never rated Xavi Simons highly. And we have two players who, if fit, are better than him.

So don't know why we are even chasing him. We arent selling Fermin or Olmo anyways.
