Apparently none of Atleti players are registered yet as well.

La Liga smh if true
All teams, except Madrid who have a free pass, are waiting for LaLiga's new salary limit.

edit: Although last season, they revealed it after the window closed. I don't know if they plan to announce it earlier this time.

Bayern Munich submit official bid to sign Luis Diaz from Liverpool. #FCBayern proposal worth €67.5m; rejected immediately today. #LFC value at €100m+ but informed suitors no plans to sell. Colombia int’l has made clear he wants to leave
@TheAthleticFC

Social Media "journalists" need a new toy to milk klicks and engagement. It was clear from the start, that Diaz is unreachable for us. Not to mention that 100m+ for Diaz is completely ridiculous. But they don't want to sell him, so they can demand whatever they want. He'll stay in Liverpool.

I've explained this before, La Liga always publicly announce SCL after TW closes (when they have total overview of what clubs have done) but clubs always know what their situation is. They have registration apps and can see if they will be able to register a player under certain conditions (fee, contract length, wages) and if not they are constantly communicating with LFP what they can do. Alemany was the link between Barca and the league before, no idea who is responsible now.

Anyway, season doesn't start for another month so no panic needed for players not registered yet. Talking about Atleti, not Barca here. We are already used to solve these situations 5 minutes before midnight (and sometimes 5 minutes after midnight). Often literally not just figuratively speaking.

I will laugh hard if they pay 100mil.

That's bigger punt than Coutinho or Dembeles.

Yea agreed, no club is stupid enough to pay that outside of SA, that's there way of saying he will stay.

He'll probably get a renewal soon

Another serious opponent in the European arena next season.

Liverpool spent 200 million euros on Virtz, Frimpong, Kerkez.

They want to buy in Rodrigo and Isaak as well.

That's another 200 million euros at least.

So, potentially 400 million euros for these players.

They have earned 60 million euros from sales so far.

They also have assets in Luis Diaz, Darwin, Robertson and Chiesa, who are in demand from Bayern, Napoli, Athletico.
They could earn around 150 million euros by selling them.

400 - (150 + 60)

A solid minus. But I read that Liverpool can afford to spend 400 million euros this summer and not sell anyone at all. Madness.
And we count pennies.

It's a blessing in disguise. People are freaking out because we haven't bought anyone except Garcia and Roony.

But who else out there is really going to improve us? Only thing that will improve Barca would be a top #9. We can't afford anyone this go round so maybe we just save this year and drop 120m on one next transfer window.

Liverpool is out here spending all this money on players but is anyone jealous of those players outside of Wirtz? He's the only great player they signed

We lack depth.

We have two wingers. We have one LB as Gerard Martin is a total liability. Playing both wingers and our LB almost every match is not a good plan. Same goes for Cubarsi too tbf.

You're asking Flick for miracles when all your rivals domestically and around in Europe are improving their squads. Not even asking for 100m superstars, but we need quality depth.

That IMO is non-negotiable. Deco and Laporta need to get it done.

Now we still have until the end of August so it's not like we're out of time and there's no guarantee that Liverpool, RM, City and other clubs will be much better even with all their signings.
