The only reason we have difficulty convincing some players at the moment is the registration issue. Nico wanted to join us, even instigated the move this summer from what I read, but wanted a release clause in the event of not being registered. Can't really blame a player for not wanting to join a club they might not even be able to play for either.
This was always going to be a difficult window financially. I would rather us not try to buy anyone until we sell one or two and get back to being able to register players without any problems as we just look unprofessional.
Garcia is a good signing, I think, and having Bernal back will be like a new signing. If we can unload Ter Stegen and maybe one more we can maybe strengthen LB or LW but I would think that's about it, and that's a big if because we struggle to unload anyone due to most of them being overpaid and unwilling to take lesser wages.
