And this is EXACTLY why we shouldn't sign him.
If we keep going down the ' But Hansi will make him great ' route, we will end up signing a plethora of mediocrity.
I want to sign players who are great BEFORE Hansi gets a hold of them.

People here are acting like we are going to buy Rashford.
We are a broke club, there are other positions to strengthen first. So, getting a player on loan for this position should be the highest priority.
If money is left after, then we buy a LW, if not we loan a player like him.

It is just loan.
People are punching air because of Rashford, while we have Fati and Pau Victor as first subs when Lewa is injured.
Get Puado and Rashford on loan, and strenghten defense.
Invest in RB, because fullbacks are injury prone due margin of sprints they are making.
Same for LB.
Balde is sprinter and injury prone, we need better players there as subs then G.Martin.

Brits haven't really done well at Barca. I also question his true motive to wanting to join us. I have read that he has bit of an ego. Could it be that he wants to get back at his club and fans after the harsh criticism he received for his attitude, and now wants to show them he's made an upgrade over them or that he sees his NT mates joining the capital club and wants to have his share of sun, sand and sea. lol
Either way, I have my doubts. He will never become part of the water-tight La Masia group while the English speaking group in the dressing room will be further reduced this summer. Add to the limited game time on the pitch, I wouldn't be surprised if the Englishman starts sulking by December. But all this is hypothetical at this point.
