My commentators just said their screen says it is because of offside, but Santiago Bernabeu screens showing it is due to it not being a foul.

Confusion all around.

Anyway, offside or not, pen was an idiotic decision for that. Arsenal are scary in CL if they play like that. Very robust and immune to any pressure so far.
