What does that mean? If we sell a player for 100m, we can spend 60m for what exactly? Strictly wages for the next season?

Wage and transfer fees are counted together, they aren't separated.
You sell a player for 100M, save his 20M salary. That is 120M saved. Now you can spend 60% of that as investment, that is 72M.
You sign 3 players, each on 50M deal (club fees, signing bonus, agent fees) on 14M salary, on 5 years contract. That 24M annual cost per player, 72 in total. You can register those 3.

But it's even more complicated, because that player might have a cost on the books, for example F.Torres is worth 30M on books for remaining 3 years. So let's say you sell him for 25M?
You clear 10M annual cost as a saving, but you also made 5M loss. Let's say his salary is 10M, so those are 20M saved from cap space, but 5M loss. So it is 15M saving, 60% of it is 9M, can be spend in both amortization and salary.

Of the names dropped here, the ones that
1) have substantial market value (over 50-60m AT LEAST)
2) will NOT have a detrimental effect to our FUTURE core and setup if they leave

are only three: Kounde, Raphina, and FDJ
whether some like it or not (FDJ and Raph fanboys will start the attacks, but that's the truth)

On the other hand, players like Pedri, like Lamine, like Cubarsi, like Roque, like Araujo you DONT sell under ANY circumstances, they are all gems already and the core for the future

PS: Yes, there are others like Ferran and Ansu that can be sold, but these won't have 1, and you have more to gain if they regenerate themselves under another coach, than sell them on a cheap
Same for Christensen, who plays great, and is better than Kounde IMO

Out performed dembele over two legs and why kicking Dembele out of the team was well deserved.

Even though Dembele had the best two games of his life.

Had a couple nice QF games in Champions League, but overall still underwhelming for most parts of the season. Not world-class enough.

He's not good enough for Barca. Period. He is a good player. A well intentioned player. A hard working player. A player who will always have his moments. I like him.

But is this what you think of when you think starting forward for Barcelona? A guy that makes simple plays seem hard. Very underwhelming.

That being said he’s like 3rd or 4th in line to get the axe in attack

I'd keep him. Even if he's underwhelming we still need him for depth and he has a habit of chipping in with important goals. Just don't start him unless there's injuries or if we need his runs in behind.

Felix and Ferran need to fuck off first and foremost.

They need to sign a quick, direct left-winger that's good 1v1.
