I don't think there's much of a correlation between developing (young) talents and League division. At least that's my feeling.

I definitely rate him more than these two if that's any consolation for you, but I suspect you just chose to be miserable again. This transfer is hardly the end of the world and pretty much without alternative unfortuantely. We are talking forward #4 or #5 here for now.
