The longer he is out of football the more difficult it will be to get a top job.

But we know by his interviews he wants to manage a rich English club with lots of budget to prove himself.

So I guess if he isn't willing to build his resume up he might be left waiting a long time.
 
Should have gone the Lucho route and coached a Celta Vigo or an AS Roma first. Man seems to be very stubborn off the pitch too.
