Argentina have been getting favourable calls. I thought it was beyond debate.

I think the Cape Verde one was worse where the LW got fouled on the edge of the box and nothing was given nor a replay. Then Argentina went up the other side and scored.

We are Barcelona fans. We should be able to spot very clearly when they are trying to influence a game against a team.
 
-Disallowed goal Egypt = correct decision(but would it be applied to top favourites or Real madrid?)

-Salah not given penalty correct decision

-But Egypt should’ve gotten penalty for blatant shirt pulling by MacAllister into the box.

Or use your eyes, FIFA is indeed corrupt - that's beyond question. As for the match, you can't nullify Egypt's goal for foul that started the counter when Enzo's goal was started by virtually same foul but in the penalty area for Egypt. THAT is imbalance, not manipulation and all via VAR - merely a tool to manipulate
 
Argentina's victory is only topped by the salty tears the day after. There was not one single scandalous decision made by the ref or VAR. On the contrary, he managed to calm the game down as much as possible, after the emotional and aggressive shitshow the Egyptian bench started.

Somebody should have told Egypt that a game lasts 90+ minutes and you need strength for the last 10 minutes as well, especially if your opponent gets an adrenaline push. Artificial outrage from the usual suspects to not have to admit your own shortcomings.

PS: Their coach is icing on the cake, crying about politics and rules, while he himself ignored them the game before and made a political statement, specifically forbidden by FIFA rules. Hypocritical clowns got what they deseved.

Why would they manipulate matches in favour of Argentina in 2026? Argentina already won it (in a final where they received 2 penalties against them). Messi is 39 and retiring soon, his popularity or marketability isn't getting any higher regardless of results. There is nothing to gain from propping them up now.

Money-wise, would be far more logical to favour Spain or France to prop up Lamine or Mbappe as current and future marketable stars.

You can be sure this talk wouldn't happen if Messi wasn't playing for Argentina. Drones of low IQ seething Bumnaldo shills who can't cope with their bottox-faced idol being a useless broomstick throughout 6 World Cups while Messi still breaks records at 39.

Maybe they should retroperspectively use VAR to analyse some of those RM CL wins though. Remember?

Rewatch the situations, they are not “virtually the same fouls” at all. Lisandro has his foot stepped on with studs. Julian wins the ball off Salah cleanly. Literally you are a victim to CR propaganda
