As a backup 9? Why would I shit on him? Actually he would be a departure from the whole "let's bring a washed up big name" exercise that we seem to like now.
 
Because Espi is an average (likely below average) La liga starting CF, he gets hot for couple of months and otherwise he wasn't even good for starting CF in Levante.

At the age of 21, the guy started 14 league games, including his time in Segunda. One year ago, folks thought Etta young is better than him.

If he performed like a bum, then he should be called a bum. But that’s beside the point. His transfer would have made far more sense than G. Jesus in every way both from a football and financial perspective.
