Gyokeres would often be frustrating to watch but I have very little doubts he would rack up the goals.

People say portuguese league but Gyok also scored 14 in EPL, while not being a full time starter either

I'm not the kind who judges players based off this (ala Ferran lovers) so I know his technical base is horrible and we will suffer watching him play

But what we need the most is goals. And I believe Gyokeres gives them. Best would be loan, so we don't have to attach him long term

Though neither is that great. But do you know when Ferran would score 14 PL goals in that haramball Arteta side? Never

He scored 16 in a weaker league, surrounded by better players and in a far more attacking side

His sub cost us 10m is there to add depth while keeping the option open for a starting striker in the near future.

Who said we should waste €60m on him? He’s a decent player with potential, but he still has a lot to prove at the highest level.

And Gabriel didn’t just cost €10m. What about his wages? More importantly, can he actually stay fit? €10m means very little if the player isn’t available when we need him.
