That was mostly because Bartomeu was obssessed with getting those two ASAP and without any other alternatives. If we had 3-4 different options for each position Liverpool and BVB wouldn't have that much leverage. We were also in a hurry, Barto wanted them as soon as Ney left but if we took it slow and consider all the options we could get a better deal (and a better player) but for that you need to have brains...

If Madrid sold those 3 and made a longterm plan to rebuild they could do it but lucky for us that's almost impossible. Hope they just add Mou to this chaos.

If they are after Mou it will be to make him a mouth piece about Negreira and an agitator in anyway towards Barca.

Clear as day Arbeloa was given job in part with that same task but made a cunt of himself and not many outwith Spain take notice.

While outside Spain a lot more will take heed if Mourinho makes same claims.
 
Could they really sell Mbappe? I want them to keep all of their "stars" but if the reports are true that he doesn't get along with teammates, fans are turning against him, can't see Mou keeping both him and Vini if he comes...

Hard to see who would buy him after this episode, there are not a lot of clubs who can afford him anyway and many will think twice. I could only see United, Liverpool or Chelsea having enough money and wanting to risk with him, he's quality but comes with other risks. Barca and PSG are out, Bayern too smart, Italy too poor so that leaves us with EPL. Maybe we could add City if Pep leaves but if he stays I can't see it happening.
 
Sadly I can't quote my post from the old forum, where I wrote when they signed him that even if Mbappe scores 30 goals, they won't be stronger with him if he takes away these goals from his teammates. And exactly this happened.

Not that summer in my opinion. It would humiliate Perez, who waited and begged each summer for 5 years to finally come to Madrid. I think they rather sell Vinicius at this point, as he's also the biggest reason for bad press and hate. And he was also the one starting their shitshow, after Alonso subbed him in the first clasico they've won and lead LaLiga comfortably.


Also nice to read, that they've started to fight each other in training even. Rüdiger the underdeveloped animal can't be missing in a brawl obviously. Perez did an awesome job with Galacticos 2.0, I hope he lives and stays president until 100.
 
If the reports are true teammates prefer Vini to Mbappe. It's true Perez loves Mbappe but he loves Vini also, remember how low the club went with his Ballon d'or circus or the fake racism claims.

Hope they all continue together and bring The Special Five on top so we can continue enjoying the modern day galacticos. It's been fun, not gonna lie.
