Yeah it's a strange situation all around, many are hesitant because of the circumstances I think. They add thing together... how did he end up in Turkey, how much the fee will be, how high his wages will be. I don't blame Oshi, I think Napoli fucked up more than Oshi - than Chelsea tried to lowball and he ended up in Turkey.
