Marcus Rashford

Thing to consider is his first season and wanting to impress/prove his doubters wrong wore off a bit already and won't be back in force next season.
Or he'll settle in more because he'll feel trusted if he stays another season and can produce because he won't feel pressure. Season after he'll be free so he also plays for another good contract with us or another club. If he has another season at least as good as this Inter/Milan/Juve might pick him up if we don't.

Please wake up, man. We need his pace, but he should make better decisions.

Fermin has been unable to beat Trent well cause of that lack of pace, maybe a Raphinha would be good coming in

Those who think his output isn't worth 30m are crazy. He's obviously capable of adapting to Flick's tactics and performing well consistently.

He's integrated beautifully here and it would be a mistake not to sign him up. He scores important goals too. He even scores from freekicks which is something none of our other players ever do.

If he was pressing with more intensity, I would take him no argument.

But in some situations, what he does off the ball is simply unforgivable for this level. And especially in Flick team

Brilliant goal. Poor first touch and passes on many occasions. Could live with that if not for his off-the-ball work as many have highlighted repeatedly.

If this is how he presses and defends when he HAS to impress and give 100% in order for Barca or other potential suitors to sign him, he’ll start walking on the pitch once he secures a permanent move.

Yep, when he gets a permanent move it will only get worse. And especially if he happens to have 3-4 games of good form. Then we are cooked and stuck with a complacent idiot on fat wages.

He has that quality to score a banger here and there. But overall, he doesn't suit us. A bad first touch, not good enough passing, non existent pressing. He's a good player to have on the bench and sub, if you need his pace and a lucky banger. But not for this salary. I hope Laporta won't decide out of emotions here, we shouldn't throw away that kind of money for him. Second season loan? Go for it, but I guess United will refuse.
