Not for me. Lucho is a legend, love his character and ofcourse the treble he achieved at Barca but this PSG team, whilst great, have a league catered to them to the point matches are rescheduled to help them in Europe, their budget completely eclipses any other french team and they win the league early allowing them to rest and keep their players fresh. Then you add the fact they can spend endless amounts of money on players being a Qatari plaything.

Klopp took over a meh Liverpool, fought arguably the GOAT manager in Pep with City's limitless money behind him in the toughest league (and won it), the CL was also much stronger during this period.
