I am more concerned about Flick's condition and how tired he is, given that he usually didn't stay for more than a year or two in his previous jobs at the German national team and Bayern.

Dude spent two years under immense pressure with a virtually non existent budget.
This situation is exhausting both mentally and physically.

If it were his second season i would be more optimistic.
