James was the main guy for Real in many important games. A number 10 for sure, inside forward. To say he had no position is dishonest. He had no position for Zidane who liked to spam crosses in the box
 
I think it's a matter of being the best back to back in a team of divas. Maybe a season makes him look average considering the team he plays for but if you need to play big games this guy is a big thing to have. He is more a more mobile Kroos than anything close to Zidane or James who were much more talented.

Bellingham and Kroos have no similarities whatsoever on the pitch, except they both wore the scum shirt
 
When there is actually Midfield play and ballers in the middle he will disappear.

Good for him England didn't make the final, it was going to be even more embarrassing and invisible again Spain.

But give him credit he's excellent at what he's good at.
 
He is not a midfielder at all.

He is a great player and only reason with Kane they got this far. But at some point you have to get a reality check and realize football wise you are just below these GOATs.
