There is surely a reason second generation immigrant players don't burn for Germany the same as native generations did. But I think the bigger reason is the current femboy tiktok generation Germany has like Havertz, Wirtz, Musiala, Woltemade, Sane and more. They care more about their Social Media likes than anything else, creating content with their barbie gfs for <90 iq morons. German media reported, they played hide-and-seek in the hotel.
They get their asses kissed for playing in big clubs and counting likes in their free time. Simply put a weak generation that never learned what it actually means to fight with spirit.

Woltemade playing half a season as midfielder means you have an obligation to restart his instincts not play him a few minutes in a deciding game. He created space, had a chance, but it all comes to what you prepare. I don't get his tactics. He did good for Germany prior and was a natural choice for a target man, along a more mobile fast striker. He has no strategy as always then his fans will bail him out, but I think Germany is not that bad or doesn't have resources. Also his irrational behavior I think harms the morale more than the immigrant theory. They are not France or Canada with little to no locals.

Agree. It's not just the losing, it's the manner of losing. It's the total absence of everything German with this current generation of players as you highlighted.

No fighting spirit or will.

No cohesiveness.

No organization and discipline (this is THE quintessential German trait)
