Hansi Flick

Title celebrations are a live event that milions of people follow. Showing the palestinian flag sends them a message that they're not forgotten.

I don't know what is Flick saying. As a footballer with that popularity and fame you should also use your platform to spread a message.

Yeah Lamine will face some consequences for this because the jew media will do everything to tarnish his image from now on. But that's his problem.

Anyone on the humanity ship have to support Palestine and call out Israel and any complicity with the genocide - that's a world issue, don't box it into a 'political' one. It impacts all of humanity to turn a blind eye to naked genocide

Same in Lebanon, same in Ethiopia, Burundi, Bosnia, Sudan, Rwanda, Cambodia, Jews in WWII etc. You can't claim to support 'never again' if you do it again & again

Typical leftard logic. When it's about what they support it's not politics, it's common sense, human rights or some shit like that, when it's about what they don't support then it's politics and should be banned.

Hansi is a hypocrite, this happened under his him.

Don't think it was his choice. Germany is under immense pressure from globo-homo mafia.

Hansi is level headed man. People insinuating he's a hypocrite are locked in low IQ group dynamics.

And btw. He said he doesn't agree with what Lamine did but it's ok as he's adult.

Some people here make it out as if Flick was the one waving Israeli flag or something.

You can also agree with the geist of the deed but disagree with circumstances under which it's done. You have to be able to allow some nouance though but people are blinded and don't use their brain.

There are centralised messages coming from clubs, organisations, or companies, and there are individual messages that utilise the platforms. It’s obvious Yamal doesn’t represent the club but himself there.

I don’t have a problem with that; he’s an adult and free to express his views. At the same time, I see why Flick and the club wouldn’t like it (if that’s how Flick put it) and why they stay out of it. Nothing to see there.

Last couple of pages are the exact reason why I don't talk politics here. Every single 'discussion' about politics on this site has ended up as an argument where personal insults have been exchanged.

Why bother discussing things when nobody is willing to listen? People are so emotionally attached to their viewpoints that they are not willing to hear anything but confirmation they are correct. Waste of time and just leads to anger, division and resentment on all sides.

Whether you agree with ajnotkieth view or not, he put it forward in a concise way which I don't think deserved for him to be personally insulted. You don't build any bridges that way and the problem in society today is people are not prepared to ACCEPT that some MAY have differing views than their own.

The age old advise to never discuss religion or politics never seemed more apt. Religions are great things, when followed as prescribed, but nowadays are treated more as tribes/gangs where the other tribe has to be conquered.

I personally have no problem with Lamine waving the flag at all, but unfortunately, for the reasons described above, it's done more bad than good. We should be celebrating the title, and giving support to our grieving manager, instead of questioning whether he should be sacked for his comment ( as some Barca fans on social media are. )

If our differing view is being okay with genocide, you’ll get no patience from me. And I’ll say Lamine’s actions has resulted in positive news for the Palestinian cause. Of course the closet Israel supporters will chirp and complain but they’re known to do that when they don’t get their way. This wouldn’t have been an issue if they weren’t so entitled

Continue to play kids in all remaining games. I want to see anyone who is even half decent.

Toni play him
Diarra play him
Etc

Only way I can be bothered to care about any game for the rest of the season.

Care 0 about the players pretending to care for the rest of the season.

The last home game of the season, play a all masia XI just for shits and giggles.

Good chance Flick wins us the Champions League next season. I know the look in his eyes. It was the day his Father passed. He's not content. He'll want to do something that he's accomplished before when his beloved Father was still alive (Champions of Europe with Bayern) and at the same time do something that he hasn't done yet in Barcelona: best the elite of Europe. Something old, something new.

He's tasted domestic glory with us and will want to conquer Europe next.

Assuming we get home 2nd leg throughout the knockouts for a change, we can do this.

Winning the 2027 Champion League final in Madrid (home of a team that's never won it before) will be sheer poetry/poetic justice. Here's to winning our 6th in '27.

It will be very difficult coming off a WC summer and all the signings we still have to make: ST, CB, FB. Let's see how things play out.

We're not having a standard pre-season. No trips to Asia/America.
But yeah, gonna be more complicated, no doubt.

Honestly we just need a world class ST.

Everything else we can do without. Even with all the brainfarts in defense vs Atleti this season, if we had someone who could bury those Yamal passes upfront, we go to SF easy

Amazing record and this despite all the injuries, refs, VAR and financial issues.
If this was Pep or Lucho people would be glazing them like crazy.
This man deserves a 250 million transfer kitty.
agreed, very fuked up that the club and this forum are slightly racist and disregard his accomplishments due to him not being Catalan or Spanish.
