Easy to forget that the lad just turned 20 just over a week ago.

Must be valued from his season at Elche, and what Fulham are spending.

If 70% of Palacios rights are valued at 10m, then Fort should be double that.
 
He is a talented player especially offensively and I think he will make a great RB one day

But for me Espart is another level compared to him. Despite being small he is better defensively. He is super intelligent with combinations in offense and makes crazy passes to runners into space.
 
Going down the same road as Hakimi, who ironically, Real had the same misgivings about as we do currently about Fort.

Let's hope we don't regret this as much as they do Achraf, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit if we end up doing so.

He will likely be sold for a fair bit more than 15m, some day.

I don't really think Fort is a Hakimi level talent or close to that.

Fort doesn't have very advanced motoric skills. He is not especially fast or strong.

Hakimi was a ridiculed player at some points of his career but it was always obvious he had the explosive strength.

He is still a talented player, gifted technically and intelligent in attack/build up. So it would not be the worst thing to get some buyback clause in there. But it's Dortmund, doubt it. They are the ones who sell.
 
He could easily be worth 20m if has even a decent season.

Teams are paying 10m+ for young players from Barca and Real who have barely touched first team.
 
I would rate him at 25m. So 8m with 50% rights is ok.

Ideally would have wanted it closer to 12m. But it is what it is.
