We can say what we want about this guy and his horseshit performances, but subbing him out today at the same moment as Fermin, when he was on fire and Fermin had a disasterclass is a very stupid move. He was right for being frustrated.

Kounde is what he is and was never as good as some made out last season albeit not as bad as this season.

He is slow footed and not great 1v1.

Doesnt offer a whole lot with Yamal when forward either.

He is a streaky striker.
People shit on him after last game after calling out critics, but this is the type of shit he needs to be in form. He is the kind who will do well when things are going well for him, but the moment he struggle he falls in a bad cycle
 
would also be interesting to see stats of how he performs when he starts vs when he's substituted in.
